Booking Conditions
1 – For reservations of 4 nights or less:
– We require the full payment within 48hrs of booking request.
– Reservations canceled within 40 days and up to 14 days of arrival date, are refundable at 50%.
– All reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
*We cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather to include hurricanes, missed water taxis or delayed flights.
2 – For reservations of 5 nights or more:
– A deposit of 50% is required within 48hrs of booking request, with balance due 40 days prior to arrival.
– Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 40 days and up to 14 days of your arrival date.
– All reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
